The Government of India (GoI) constituted Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) in August 2023 under the Anusandhan National Research Foundation Act, 2023. ANRF is a statutory body that provides high-level strategic direction for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Its fields include natural sciences including mathematical sciences, engineering and technology, environmental and earth sciences, health and agriculture, as well as the scientific and technological interfaces of humanities and social sciences. ANRF promotes, monitors, and supports such research and innovation as required.

To help Indian citizens, Non-residents, Overseas Citizens of India, and domestic and foreign entities support ANRF’s Research and Innovation mission by making financial contributions, we propose creating a secure, user-friendly online payment portal to accept donations from within India and abroad.

This Request for Proposal document provides the Scope of Work, deliverables, and timelines for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining the ANRF online donation portal.

ANRF will comply with the Government of India’s decision to select a firm using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) criteria. Under this process, ANRF will seek and evaluate applications from firms. The firms must provide technical information and documentation related to the Scope of Work, Quality and Cost criteria.
